Where Eagles Dare

Where Eagles Dare

Eagles are admired the world over as living symbols of power, freedom, and transcendence. Sight is the strongest of all eagle senses. One of the reasons that eagles have better vision than humans is because their retinas, a layer at the back of the eyeball, have more cones. We have 200,000 cones per square millimeter, whereas eagles have one million.

Have the vision of an eagle. Look beyond, to dream big and see big. Only a few of us can do this. Be the one who dares to lead. Be the leader who can dream ahead and also the commitment to make it happen.

Great Leaders have clear goals, a solid plan of action and a strong conviction. They soar upwards no matter what. They believe in their vision, and have the courage to plunge into action. Challenges do come, but they are but mere stepping stones for a good leader. They seek opportunities in challenges.

The only bird that dares to peck on an eagle is a crow. He sits on its back and bites its neck. The eagle does not respond, nor fight with the crow. It does not spend time or energy on the crow. It just opens its wings and and begins to rise higher in the heavens. The higher the flight, the harder it is for the crow to breathe. It eventually falls off for lack of oxygen. The eagle continues to ascend upwards.

Eagles are powerful birds that own the skies. Own your dreams, have the vision, punctuate with conviction and commitment and purse the action to reach where the eagles dare.
